My Services

  • General peer coaching sessions can cover a variety of topics focused on mental health and wellbeing. Some issues I’ve worked with clients on are anxiety, perfectionism, career goals, body dysmorphia, confidence, neurodivergence, etc.

  • As a nonbinary and bisexual person, I have a wealth of lived experience in issues around queerness and gender. I have worked with clients on gender exploration, coming out to family and friends, and other topics.

  • Grief coaching offers support for those experiencing or anticipating a loss. My lived experience is in the loss of a loved one to suicide, disenfranchised grief, and anticipatory grief. However, every grief journey is unique, and I am happy to support clients dealing with any kind of loss. We can deal with issues around the loss itself, as well as the complex plethora of emotions that grief can bring up.

  • There may not be a roadmap for non-traditional relationships, but connections that differ from cisheteronormative social standards can be a great fit for many people. I have supported many clients approaching polyamory and Ethical Nonmonogamy for the first time. I have also worked with experienced poly folx who are experiencing relationship changes. I have also helped many folx navigate their first queer relationships. I am happy to use my lived experience as a queer and polyamorous person who has had multiple long-term partners for many years, to help others navigate their own relationships.

Start with a free 20 minute consultation!

Begin by booking a free 20-minute consultation. We will talk about why you are looking for coaching, what my sessions feel like, and if we would be a good fit.

After that, coaching sessions last between 45 and 50 minutes and are tailored to fit your unique coaching needs.

Coaching session fees are $45-$95 sliding scale, regardless of the topic.

I use a sliding scale as an economic justice tool.

A sliding scale is used to encourage people to pay according to their available resources. Those with greater financial privilege contribute more, allowing those with less access, to pay according to their means. This allows the business to sustain its services while making accessibility as broad as possible. I use the green bottle scale—pictured below— to help folx understand where they fall on the scale.
